Aggregation Services
RJC provides a full range of services to aggregation groups in Texas. Our detailed approach to portfolio assessment along with our knowledge and experience in both the design and implementation portions of the ERCOT market gives our aggregation group customers assurance of the broadest, most accurate and responsive service available. RJC has no affiliations or ties with any Retail Electric Provider, allowing for true independence and objectivity in determining the best supplier for energy services. Services include:
- Solicitations for energy suppliers, determination of needs, and contract negotiations
- Assisting individual aggregation group members as needed to resolve issues with REPs, TDSPs, and other market participants
- Modeling on an account by account basis of anticipated costs both under the offered competitive price and Price to Beat (safe harbor) prices to estimate savings
- Working as a liason between customers and REPs to ensure timely switching of accounts
- Analysis of customer billing accuracy using billing information, metered usage data, and rate data to compare
- Annual Estimation of savings by customer by account
- Representation of customer interests at ERCOT, Texas Public Utility Commission, and legislative levels
